We bought this planter new in 1997 and have added attachments and improvements almost every year since.  This planter is truly a No-Tiller's special with all the attachments and improvements.  This planter is fully setup to apply all of your Nitrogen at planting as well as starter fertilizer!  We are upgrading to a 16 row planter but we would not be afraid to take this unit to the field again!

• Yetter Viper heavy duty single disc fertilizer coulters with gauge wheel - set for 3" off the row

• Raven flow control valve, flow meter and electric ball valve for variable rate fertilizer control  (We were running a Insight Direct Command, but you could use a Raven controller.) 

• John Blue Variable Rate distributor with check valves and Red Balls

• 2 - 200 gallon fertilizer tanks on planter main frame

• Plumbing for tractor saddle tanks with electric three way valve for filling and switching between front and back tanks.

• 2 year old Hypro hydraulic centrifugal pump with liquid filled seals to protect the seal if run dry. (New in 2006)
